Today, on her day off(!), Sam came to unlock water and electricity in the space - which is wonderful. I'm told that all electrics have been rewired. And for the first time in two years water flowed through the pipes and filled the cisterns of the toilets...! What an interesting noise.Plans for tomorrow: plug in Henry, the vacuum cleaner, and remove some more dust. And organize transport of some basic items to start work on the ground floor.
